My passion for travel began in 2008, sailing on the Carnival Triumph, I was impacted by the overwhelming amount of joy I witnessed from the guests around me. From there on out, I was determined to be a part of making this experience a reality for everyone. That brought me to the start of my journey in 2007, becoming a Reservations Agent for Carnival Cruise Lines, where I started to build the foundation for my career as a travel professional, and acquired many skills that I am still thankful for today. For better opportunity, I joined Norwegian Cruise Line in 2012 as a Resolutions Agent. By handling daily escalations, I polished my customer service skills by becoming a proficient problem solver while maintaining positive guest interactions. Motivated by selling, in 2014 I supervised a team of sales agents for one of the largest cruise travel agencies. Managing my team as if it were my business, I coached agents on strategy, phone etiquette, and product knowledge for them to achieve their sales goals. In 2016 I joined the storefront team for a large retail travel agency, and specialized in all-inclusive resorts, escorted tours, safari adventures, and customized travel. With a well-rounded grasp of the travel industry, in 2018 I became a Manager of the Land and Air department for the cruise agency I previously worked for. During my time, I oversaw the execution of land and air add-ons for the cruise sales agents. Throughout my time within the industry, I have been blessed enough to have a loyal following of clientele, regardless of which company I was working for. Due to that, in 2022 I finally decided to fly solo and open my very own independent agency.
